Notify the seller within 14 days after receiving the item if you wish to return it because you changed your mind. No reason is required. Send it back within 14 days after your notice, unless the seller offers to collect it.

You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns if this was disclosed before purchase, unless the seller agrees to cover it.

For cancellation outside your statutory withdrawal rights, contact the seller before dispatch to agree on cancellation.

Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, you can notify the seller without their approval, including before dispatch or delivery. These terms do not restrict those rights or your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

You can notify the seller through your order or using the seller’s contact details. Ask for the return address if needed; you do not need to wait for permission to exercise your statutory withdrawal rights.
